Terms of Service
Effective: July 2026
Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," or "your”) and Steadfast Project LLC ("Steadfast Project," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
This website (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Steadfast Project LLC. By accessing or using the Website, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise interacting with Steadfast Project, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Booking & Refund Policy for Educational Sessions, and Refund Policy for Digital Products, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or purchase any product or service from us.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Website, its products, and services are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to our Website, our products or services if we reasonably believe this requirement has not been met.
3. Educational Disclaimer
Steadfast Project provides educational resources only. The information made available through the Website, our products, our services, and related materials is provided solely for general educational and informational purposes, it does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.
Steadfast Project does not provide financial planning, investment advisory, brokerage, legal, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional services. Nothing on the Website, in our products or services, or in any communication from Steadfast Project constitutes or should be interpreted as personalized advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security, investment, financial product, or financial strategy.
Neither Steadfast Project nor its owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, service providers, content providers, or agents are acting as your financial advisor, investment adviser, broker, attorney, accountant, or other professional advisor. We do not recommend or endorse any specific financial advisor, investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial institution, investment product, or other financial professional.
4. Accuracy and Currency of Information
Steadfast Project strives to provide educational content that is accurate and current as of the time it is created or published. We make reasonable efforts to review and update our Website, products and services as appropriate to reflect significant developments affecting their content. However, because the financial advisory industry, applicable laws and regulations, technology, business practices, and market conditions may change over time, we cannot guarantee that all information will remain current, complete, or applicable to every situation. You should not rely on our educational content as the sole or most current source of information when making important decisions. Where appropriate, you should independently verify the information and consult appropriately qualified legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advisors regarding your specific circumstances.
5. No Results Guarantees
Because every individual's circumstances are different, Steadfast Project makes no representations or guarantees regarding any financial, investment, educational, business, or personal outcome resulting from the use of the Website, our products or our services, including the selection of a financial advisor or the achievement of any financial objective.
Any examples, illustrations, hypothetical scenarios, or discussions provided through the Website, our products or our services are provided solely for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of similar results. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and should consult appropriately qualified professionals regarding your specific circumstances.
6. No Fiduciary or Advisory Relationship
Your use of the Website, purchase of our products or services, or other communication with Steadfast Project does not create a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, attorney-client, accountant-client, agency, or other professional relationship. Steadfast Project does not act as your financial advisor, investment adviser, broker, attorney, accountant, tax professional, or fiduciary, and does not accept discretionary authority over your finances or investments.
7. Products and Services
For purposes of these Terms, "Digital Products" means any downloadable or electronically delivered materials, content, or resources made available for purchase through the Website. "Educational Sessions" means any virtual educational meetings, discussions, or sessions purchased through the Website and provided by Steadfast Project through third-party video conferencing platforms.
Steadfast Project offers educational products and services through the Website, including Digital Products, virtual Educational Sessions, and other educational resources that may be introduced from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any product, service, feature, or pricing at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect completed purchases or confirmed bookings unless required by law or reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or booking where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment authorization failures, pricing or technical errors, violations of these Terms, or other circumstances that may compromise the integrity or security of our business.
8. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance by Steadfast Project. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.
Prices displayed on the Website do not include applicable taxes unless expressly stated. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and added during checkout. Payments will be processed on our behalf by a third-party payment processor. Steadfast Project does not receive or store your complete payment card information.
You agree to purchase products or services only for yourself or for another person when you are legally authorized to do so. If you make a purchase on behalf of another person and provide their personal information to us, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to share that information for the purpose of completing the purchase. You represent to us and to our third-party payment processor that you have the right to use any credit card or other means of payment that you provide to us and that your billing information is truthful and accurate. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information and for ensuring that your email address can receive communications from Steadfast Project. We are not responsible for delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
Please read our Booking & Refund Policy for Educational Sessions and Refund Policy for Digital Products for more information on orders, bookings, and refunds.

Upon successful purchase of Digital Products, Steadfast Project grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download and use the purchased Digital Products solely for your personal, non-commercial use. For your convenience, you may print one copy of your purchased Digital Products solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Printed copies must not be shared, distributed, copied, scanned, or otherwise reproduced for the benefit of others.
Your purchase grants a license to use the Digital Product, it does not transfer ownership of the guide or any associated intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, publicly display, modify, translate, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written consent or as expressly permitted by these Terms. You may not share your download link, upload the Digital Products to websites, file-sharing services, cloud repositories, artificial intelligence platforms, or any other publicly or privately accessible system, or otherwise make the guide available to third parties, whether in printed or digital form.
Businesses, employers, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, government entities, financial advisory firms, and other organizations must obtain a separate written license before using the guide for organizational, educational, training, or multi-user purposes.
Limited quotations or brief excerpts from our published materials may be used only as permitted under the Limited Permission to Quote guidelines in Section 11.A. Any use beyond those permissions requires our prior written consent from Steadfast Project LLC.
This license automatically terminates upon your material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Digital Products.
10. Educational Sessions
Educational Sessions are conducted virtually by appointment and are subject to our Booking & Refund Policy for Educational Sessions, which forms part of these Terms. By booking a session, you agree to comply with that policy. Refer to it for more information on scheduling, availability, rescheduling, cancellation, refund, no-shows, and more.
