This Booking & Refund Policy for Educational Sessions (the "Policy") governs the scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and refund of Educational Sessions offered by Steadfast Project LLC ("Steadfast Project," "we," "us," or "our") through www.steadfastproject.com (the "Website"). This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

As stated in our Terms, "Educational Sessions" means any virtual educational meetings, discussions, or sessions purchased through the Website and provided by Steadfast Project through third-party video conferencing platforms.

1. Nature of Educational Sessions

​

Steadfast Project provides services that are educational only. Educational Sessions and their content do not constitute and should not be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Educational Sessions are provided solely for informational and educational purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.

2. Scope of Services

​

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing an Educational Session includes only the session booked and does not include follow-up meetings, continuing support, ongoing monitoring, or future educational services. Furthermore, as stated in our Terms, participation in an Educational Session does not create a fiduciary, financial advisory, investment advisory, brokerage, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional relationship between you and Steadfast Project.

3. Booking

​

Educational Sessions may be booked exclusively through the Website using our online scheduling system. Appointments:

• may be scheduled up to two (2) months in advance;

• must be booked no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the selected appointment time; and

• are confirmed only after successful payment.

 

Available appointment times are subject to availability and may change until a booking has been confirmed. Appointment times displayed during booking are based on your local time zone as determined by the booking platform. You are responsible for verifying that you have selected the correct date and time before completing your booking.

4. Payment

​

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Upon completion of payment, your booking will be confirmed.

​

5. Location and Duration

​

Following successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your scheduled Educational Session, including the date, time, access instructions, and any other information necessary to attend the session.

​

Educational Sessions are conducted remotely through a video conferencing platform designated by Steadfast Project and are scheduled for one (1) hour. Where appropriate and scheduling permits, Steadfast Project may extend a session at its discretion to complete the discussion.

6. Rescheduling

​

You may reschedule your Educational Session through the booking platform up to twelve (12) hours before the scheduled start time, subject to appointment availability. Your confirmation email will contain an option to manage your booking, including rescheduling your session.

​

A rescheduled appointment remains subject to this Policy. Rescheduling may not be used to circumvent or extend the applicable cancellation or refund deadlines established herein. Steadfast Project reserves the right to deny or cancel any rescheduling that, in our reasonable judgment, is made for the purpose of avoiding these deadlines. Rescheduling does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Cancellations

​​

You may cancel your Educational Session and receive a full refund if the cancellation is completed at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled appointment. Your confirmation email will contain an option to manage your booking, including cancelling your session.

​

Cancellations completed less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.

8. Processing of Refunds

​

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider or financial institution and may take several business days to appear in your account. Steadfast Project is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.

9. Late Arrivals

​

If you anticipate arriving late, we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible by emailing hello@steadfastproject.com.

​

If you arrive up to twenty (20) minutes after the scheduled start time, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the remainder of your session. If scheduling permits, we may extend the session to provide additional time. If no additional time is available, the session will conclude at its originally scheduled end time.

​

Arrivals exceeding twenty (20) minutes may be considered a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund, rescheduling, credits, or replacement sessions.

10. No-Shows

​

If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior cancellation or approved rescheduling, your appointment will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, rescheduling, credits, or replacement sessions.

​

If Steadfast Project must cancel a scheduled session due to illness, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or, where appropriate, receive a full refund.

 

11. Session Connectivity and Technical Problems

 

Both parties are responsible for using a reasonably reliable internet connection and compatible devices. If a session cannot proceed due to technical difficulties experienced by Steadfast Project, we will reschedule the session at no additional charge. If technical difficulties with your equipment, internet connection, or environment materially prevent the session from taking place, we will likewise work with you in good faith to reschedule the appointment at no additional charge.

 

12. Recording Sessions

 

To protect the privacy of both parties, educational sessions may not be recorded by either you or Steadfast Project unless both parties have expressly agreed in advance.

 

13. Session Conduct

 

Educational sessions are intended to provide a respectful and professional environment. You agree to behave respectfully throughout the session and not to engage in abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate conduct. Steadfast Project reserves the right to suspend or terminate a session without refund if your conduct materially interferes with the session or otherwise violates our Terms of Service.

14. Technical Issues and Accessibility

​

If you experience issues completing your booking, accessing your Educational Session, or require accessibility assistance, please contact hello@steadfastproject.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility requests where practicable.

15. Billing Errors and Chargebacks

​

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, including duplicate charges or payment processing errors, or experience any other issue relating to a purchase made through the Website, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@steadfastproject.com so we can review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, as many issues can be resolved promptly through our customer support process. Initiating a chargeback does not limit any rights or remedies available to Steadfast Project under applicable law or our Terms of Service.

16. Changes to Services

​

Steadfast Project reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue Educational Sessions at any time. Any confirmed bookings will continue to be handled in accordance with this Policy unless otherwise agreed with the client.

17. Changes to this Policy

​

We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon posting the revised Policy on the Website, unless otherwise stated.
